System Monitoring (required)
Our web-based platform receives all fire system status alerts for urgent processing:
- Tamper or low battery (reactive maintenance)
- Activation (recommission)
- Thermal Anomaly (investigation)
While less urgent system data will be received periodically for non-urgent data analysis (see below).
Configuration (required)
A one-off service forming part of the system commissioning process
- Device configuration
- Bespoke Activation - device relationships assigned for variations to 5 head activation. Specified by sprinkler system design when required.
Remote Monitoring (optional)
Third party providers already providing remote and in-person security services for the client. Supplying the additional emergency service of fire response neatly dovetails.

Usage reports may include recommendations to improve building energy efficiency: insulation and / or behavioural.
HVAC Efficiency
Highlights areas of the system requiring attention at planned maintenance - flagged by quantity of low level thermal anomalies.
